ONCE deployment is complete it’s time to start getting eyes on the data.
The FIDO Hub is a portal where you can access all your FIDO data and results at any time. FIDO AI results will surface in the Hub at the same time as they appear in the app. In the case of Network Monitor, any leaks detected by FIDO AI will automatically be plotted on your network map as Waypoints ranked by size. You can also use use the Hub to examine individual session results in detail, listen back to recordings and review all activities that have been carried out at any Waypoint.
Start by selecting ‘Browse’ from the left hand menu bar. This section of the Hub contains everything you need to monitor your network. Here you can search or filter Waypoints, Relay devices or sessions to get an interactive view of any target project, network area or district metered area (DMA) and see the locations where FIDO AI is confident there is a leak.

Click ‘Filter’ in the map menu at the top left corner of your browse screen to select sessions and Waypoints by size to prioritize locations where repairs will save you the most water.

If you are monitoring several projects or areas, you can filter and save them. You can find them at any time by clicking ‘Your views’ at the top of your browse screen. This makes it easier to jump to and monitor individual networks.

If your engineers are supplied with FIDO Leak Locate kits, you can assign Waypoints to them directly from the Hub for investigation. Once assigned, these engineers will be able to see the Waypoints they need to investigate using the FIDOSmart app on their phone.
Any investigations, remarks or data they collect about the Waypoint using FIDO sensors will be saved and associated with that Waypoint and accessible from the Hub. This gives you a complete audit trail of activities and evidence gathered to determine the exact location of the leak.
