When would I use Consumption Profiling?

Consumption Profiling will show you when water is flowing, it will not give you a volume being used.

It is ideal for confirming customers side leaks as it gives you constant visibility of the flow which allows you to be sure if it is a leak or if it is just high usage.

It can also help detect water theft, often people are known to connect in to fire service mains and draw water from it, Consumption Profile allows you to monitor the Fire main to see if water is being syphoned through it.
