How do I log in?

We now use Microsoft Entra for 2 factor authentication when logging in to the FIDO smart app.

All you need to do to log in is

  1. Tap on ‘Sign in’

  2. Input your email address and tap ‘Next’

  3. Input your password and tap ‘Sign in’

  4. You will then either be sent an email with a code you need for logging in. Or if you have it linked to an authenticator app, you will need to input the code given to you on there.
