What do I do if I forget my password?

You are able to reset your password either on Portal or through the App.

  1. Portal - when you get to the sign in page, tap on ‘Forgot Password?’. Enter your email into the text box and click on ‘Send Reset Link’. You will then receive an email with a link to 'Reset Your Password’. (This link will only last 24 hours). Tap on ‘Reset your Password’ and fill in a new password on the link. The password needs to include a special character (@#~”), a capital letter, small case letters and a number. Finally, tap on Recover.

  2. App - when you open the app and get to the log in screen, tap on ‘Forgot your Password?’. Enter your email into the text box and click ‘Send Reset Instructions’. You will then receive an email with a link to 'Reset Your Password’. (This link will only last 24 hours). Tap on ‘Reset your Password’ and fill in a new password on the link. The password needs to include a special character (@#~”), a capital letter, small case letters and a number. Finally, tap on Recover.
